HEEEECK YES
I AM PROUD TO SAY THAT I AM TYPING THIS PHLOG FROM ONE OF THE MILLSAPS
COMPUTER CLUB'S DEC VT320S!
Finally I got the pinout right for the RJ12-to-DB9 adapter that Dokuja
sent me and was able to both transmit and receive data! After that it
was just a matter of figuring out how the heck to get a login prompt on
the terminal, and the rest was history. So thank you again Dokuja! I'm
really happy we're gonna be able to use this for the Computer Club. (Now
I just need to clean the 20 years of dust off of the keyboard)
Also a big thanks again to Tomasino, who donated a Raspi Zero W to the
club! I'm really happy more and more people have been donating. If you'd
like to send a donation, the address to send it to is on the root of my
gopher hole.
I kind of hate that I haven't been phlogging lately. I've forgotten
about it a lot since school is back (and I don't have the usual downtime
between classes to come to the computer lab and write about my day). I
may try starting doing some more, though, especially with new stuff
happening with the Computer Club and SAEC.
Anyway, that's all for now! I think there was something else I wanted to
mention, but I can't remember at the moment loool. Bye for now!
