I despise the script of job interview at an outsourcing
company named Matrix. They use annoying questions about
percentages when you describe your experience.
If you said that you worked on this and that, they would
ask you "how many percents this and how many percents
I'd received an e-mail from them the other day, they'd
written that they have a job that may interest me, and
me to send them updated CV. I replied that I do not want
any interviews with them because I despise the script of
their job interviews, but I want to offer my services to
the person who had sent me the e-mail, not for the company
and their customers.
I want to be discovered as a talent.
Why can't I just express my opinion about job interviews?
One may say that this way I will never find a job, but I
don't give a f*ck!
I doubt that I will never succeed by sending such replies
instead of playing by the rules.
